Match Play. Red trails 1-2 to 7. How should Red play 52?

The obvious move is 15/8 but that leaves that leaves the rear checkers disconnected and that move is very nearly a blunder.

White has only seven checkers in the attack zone so now is the time to leave the anchor with 23/18, 15/13. Both of White’s outer board piints are stripped so that only adds to his problems.

23/18, 15/13 is obvious once you see it. The problem is seeing it in the first place!
